plan is to have Dillon Road be four
lane. As of this date we haven't
gotten any legal paperwork done. My
main concern is to make sure that it
doesn't get overlooked or swept
under the rug. Both gas companies
have agreed to grant that easement
to us.

Franklin:

Hedding:

Maurer:

The access easement is noted on the
Plat and on the PUD Plan. It is
committed per Planning Commission
recommendations. If Council so
approves, then I presume the parties
will proceed with any Deeds of
record that they wish to file.

Concerning the Trail and Outlot I,
if that's completed up to Dillon
Road will that cross your access?

It will not cross our access. It
will cross a small portion of our
land.

Sisk:

Have you been annexed to the City of
Louisville?

Maurer:

No.

Sisk:

Do you have any plans to petition
for annexation?

Maurer:

Sisk:

Yes. We don't have any time
schedule on that. We're not ready
to build. Our long term plan is
probably to annex to the City and
subdivide into two lots. We've
inquired about having sewer tap and
water tap cut out for us so it would
already be in place.

Susan, by participating in this
agreement have we agreed to
annexation by virtue of
participating in an agreement and
Coal Creek Associates?

Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that not in her opinion
would Council have considered the annexation at this point.

Lathrop:

On the PUD (2nd sheet) it notes a 30

15
