can get somebody to the east to take
care of it.

Mayer:

Getting back to Augusta Drive and
Augusta Lane. Was any consideration
made to making that one-way to make
it safer?

Franklin:

I don't recall it in our review as
being an option. We took a look at
residential streets as being two-way
streets.

Phare:

If you come to that first
intersection, you're going to have
to go all the way around the horn to
get to your lot.

Howard:

I have great concern with the width
of the streets. For plowing and
street maintenance it just doesn't
work. I would like to speak to the
Planning Commission representative.
The Developer made some illusions
that several of the conditions that
you had delineated had already been
met. Is that the case? One of
those items was some of the trails
and accesses used and the easement
in terms of the gas company. In
your opinion or the opinion of the
Planning Commission, are these
conditions already mitigated?

Bill Boulet, 728 Grant, Louisville, CO.

Boulet:

Concerning the gas easement, there
was significant response from
Westgas and no response from the
Martin Gas Company. To the extent
that we were able to deal with the
issues with Westgas, we were
satisfied with the that the Plan
that Council sees takes care of
those problems. The problems of the
building not being placed too close
to the easement, or that the
vibrations and noise issues be dealt
with as well, are dealt with in the
Agreement that Westgas and the
Developer have reached.

19
