Sisk: Or, three lots of about 8,000 sq. ft. Is that similar to the lots in that area? Dart: Franklin: Yep. Some are smaller. It is generally a 7,000 sq. ft. lot area neighborhood. There are minor exceptions to that in Dutch Creek. Mayer: I would prefer an R-E designation strictly. If we go with an R-L, it'll mean three houses can be built "by right" without any review. The PUD process gives some review as to how the houses are built and placed on the lot. Franklin: You can't do a PUD on any property of less than an acre. Davidson: I think it would be improvement to the area. a real Howard: Susan, as part of the annexation process would we have the ability as a Council to impose our view? Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that she could look at that issue and have a decision for Council before it ever got back to Council. Sisk moved that Council refer the annexation request of Mr. Dart to the Planning Commission. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5-0 vote with Hornbostel and Lathrop absent. PRESENTATION OF RAW WATER MASTERPLAN: NOEL HOBBS, WATER ENGINEER, CAMP, DRESSER & MCKEE Tom Phare, Director of Public Works, reviewed the background that supports the numbers that Noel Hobbs used, that is the Water Distribution and Supply Master Plan (TAPE AVAILABLE). Davidson asked that the record show that Councilman Lathrop (8:10 p.m.) is now present. Noel Hobbs, Water Engineer, Camp, Dresser & McKee, stated that they had already gone through parts of this presentation two times. He wanted to go through the things Council had not heard and things that have changed. He stated the their goal was to find the existing well water system of the City of Louisville and the base in hydrology. They will build a model of the system that the City 14
