Mandrich:

Sisk:

Under our agreement, it's just for
residential purposes.

How would you develop your water
supply for your commercial purposes?
Would it come from the wells that
this would create?

Mandrich:

The wells or additional components
outside of what Louisville would be
providing.

Sisk:

Mandrich:

By going through with this
agreement, what we're really doing
is allowing Superior to have excess
water that Superior can then use for
your business purposes. Right?

The capacity that was on line as of
May 1 has to be devoted directly to
residential. Any additional
capacity beyond that date we could
put to commercial uses.

Sisk:

When do you anticipate your
commercial project being built out
or at least commenced?

Mandrich:

Richmond Homes will be the sole home
builder. We've done some commercial
over the years. Our property,
ownership by our company, is not in
a location that is conducive for
commercial uses.

Lathrop:

Where does the raw water come from
to go to your treatment plant,
should you build it?

Mandrich:

Say we owned 35 units of Windy Gap
water and in the interim period of
time before the pipeline is brought
over, we have an agreement between
our District and the Denver Water
Board. The Denver Water Board
supplies water out of Gross
Reservoir. The water is diverted
through Marshall Lake into a canal
system that goes directly to our
property. It would go through our
existing plant or our new plant.
There is a tri-party agreement

17
