2) That the unusual circumstances or conditions do not exist <br />throughout the neighborhood or district in which the property is <br />located <br />Response: The above condition would only apply to any Lots in <br />the neighborhood that are adjacent to South Boulder Road. <br />3) That because of such physical circumstances or conditions, the <br />property cannot reasonably be developed in conformity with the <br />provisions of this title (Louisville zoning code) <br />Response: The expansion of South Boulder Road prohibits the <br />property to be developed in conformity to the provisions of the <br />Louisville zoning code. <br />4) That such unnecessary hardship has not been created by the <br />applicant. <br />Response: The addition of the house extension and detached <br />double garage will not create any unnecessary hardship to the <br />neighborhood. If there is a perceived hardship by someone in <br />the neighborhood the Public Notification Process will give the <br />person(s) a venue at the Public Hearing <br />
