That's a problem that <br />we're trying to address. The <br />biggest demand is on Sundays, <br />because that's when the cars would <br />actually stay on the property. The <br />rest of the time there are unloading <br />zones which circulate through the <br />alley. During the school time the <br />increase in parking would be <br />negligible, because the increase in <br />teachers would be just a few. <br />Parking during the week would not be <br />a problem. They're looking at the <br />possibility of purchasing more <br />property after the full expansion <br />has taken place. <br /> <br />On the modular building, the staff <br />recommendation included a condition <br />of approval that the applicant <br />should re-locate the modular unit <br />outside the vision clearance area, <br />install all landscape improvements <br />shown in Phase I prior to issuance <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> <br />
