Seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1074, SERIES 1992 - THE MEADOWS AT COAL CREEK - 2ND <br />READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBLISHED LOUISVILLE TIMES 4/22) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1074, Series 1992, "An <br />ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />entitled "Zoning" by zoning property owned by Public Service <br />Company, Steven A.Tracy, Stanley N. Moore and Verdean Moore." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing asking if anyone in the audience <br />wished to speak on Ordinance No. 1074. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that the Public Hearing be continued to accept <br />additional testimony until September 1, 1992. Seconded by Howard. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson asked that the City Clerk show that there were 4 votes <br />with Councilman Mayer being absent for a short time. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 49, SERIES 1992 - ST. LOUIS CHURCH - FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN/SPECIALREVIEW USE <br /> <br />John Franklin, Director of Community Development, stated that this <br />is in connection with a redevelopment proposal for the St. Louis <br />Catholic Church and School. The St. Louis Church/School is <br />requesting approval for a two phase re-development project, which <br />will result in a newer and larger day care facility, a remodeled <br />church and school, and a new community center. Planning Commission <br />held a Public Hearing on this matter and recommended approval with <br />the condition that a site obscuring fence be installed along the <br />south boundary of the west parking area, to be installed prior to <br />completion of the day care facility to screen the existing <br />residential. <br /> <br />Keith Ames, Niwot, CO, architect for the project, reviewed the <br />project using charts and drawings (video available). <br /> <br />Sisk commended St. Louis Church for building a school and improving <br />the parish and community.
