Approval of Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of 2017 Public Meetings: <br />The list of places for posting of notice in 2017 was approved pursuant to <br />Louisville's Open Government Laws. <br />VIII. Distribution of 2017 Open Government & Ethics Pamphlet: <br />All LHC members received copies of the Open Government & Ethics pamphlet. <br />IX. Approval of 2017 Meeting Dates & Location: <br />LHC members approved the proposed meeting schedule for 2017, which is to meet <br />at 6:30 PM on the first Wednesday of each odd -numbered month in the first floor <br />meeting room of the Louisville Public Library. <br />X. Report from the Museum Coordinator: <br />A. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: <br />The Commission voted to accept the following 9 donations: <br />1. Carolyn Butterfield — quilt made in the 1930s by her mother, who grew <br />up in Louisville. A 1930s quilt was on the Museum's wish list for using in the <br />Tomeo House. <br />2. Gordon Madonna — framed photo of the railroad depot interior; papers <br />and photographs (both original and scanned) regarding his father, Joe <br />Madonna <br />3. Jessica Spanarella — digital image of the Main Street barbershop of her <br />grandfather, Fiore Tesone, 1963. <br />4. Lafayette Miners Museum — photo of the Louisville High School class of <br />1937 that was left anonymously with them <br />5. Larry Martella — documents relating to Louisville, including the City <br />Market account book and incorporation papers for the Coal Creek Midget <br />Football League, plus two Twin Light Tavern swizzle sticks <br />6. Carol Purfurst — photos of Library activities in the early 1980s when the <br />Library was located at City Hall <br />7. Dolores Barzler — photos of the Parbois/Jenkins family of Louisville <br />8.
