Sisk:

Braun:

Sisk:

Braun:

Sisk:

Sausage. There is no power in that
immediate area. We would be
bringing power up Taylor Avenue to
service both Lots 10A and 10B.
There is no power available on the
east side of Pierce, which would
service Lot 6. There is power on
the west side of that street. There
has already been installed stubs
underneath the pavement surfaces
that would accommodate power over to
those individual lots.

What is the position of the
applicant visa vie the sidewalk?

We're asking that you (Council)
approve this project as originally
approved by the Planning Commission,
which did not have a requirement for
sidewalks. In that discussion, we
felt that at a future date it would
be more appropriate to discuss the
needs and desires to have sidewalks
in the park. We would be willing to
participate in the installation of
sidewalks at a future date, when the
majority of the property along
Taylor Avenue has been developed and
there was a consistent effort to
install a sidewalk. We don't see a
need to have sidewalk going from
nowhere to nowhere.

Would you, speaking to the
applicant, agree that a sidewalk
would be constructed at the
applicant's expense after certain
conditions were met, i.e. there was
enough development in the
Technological Park to warrant that?

Yes, we agreed to that. We need to
define what "substantial
development" is and would want to
make sure that we don't get back
into the same scenario.

I understand. What
applicant's position
streetlights?

is the
concerning
