Including administration, inspection, and compliance before a Certificate of <br />Occupancy is issued. The Staff of the Building Department has absorbed all duties at this <br />time. This allowed the department to maintain all current staff. <br />Cost to C/ient. Approximately $200 to $500 <br />Construction Cost to Project. 1 to 5% <br />Built Green Colorado <br />Type: This is a voluntary state wide points program. The contractor is monitored <br />rather than each specific project. If the a~ntractor meets Built Green's specific criteria for a <br />certain number of their projects they are certified Built Green Colorado'.
