Staff <br />31 <br />Research and propose a dedicated funding stream (such as a future ballot measure, Staff, LCC <br />independent 501(c)3 funding, a Percent for the Arts Program) as well as process for accepting <br />donations from individuals, organizations and/or private development, to support community <br />public art. <br />32 <br />Develop and support collaborative advertising efforts among community arts organizations to Start, Arts Orgs, <br />reach all segments of the population, maximize advertising resources and help build a DBA <br />stronger community arts reputation. <br />33 <br />Research feasibility of a collaborative artist -in -residence program with public education and Staff, Arts orgs, <br />arts instruction as primary goals.
