Mulberry Street, Louisville, CO, spoke of her
concern about what assurance they have from the developer that this
new development will not proceed on an accelerated schedule. She
felt that was dangerous. The overcrowding of the schools was also
a concern of hers.

Davidson called for anyone else who wished to speak on Resolution
No. 38.

NONE

Davidson closed the Public Hearing.

Davidson called for Council comments and questions.

Mayer:

I am going to support this
development. If we waited for the
Comp Plan, south Louisville is one
of last areas to be considered and
probably wouldn't be considered for
another three (3) years. As far as
the schools, one of the novel things
about this plan is the phasing of it
at a reasonably moderate rate. This
is a legally binding document.
