Homart has been working with Public Works for 15 months to relocate the irrigation ditch. It's their intent with this project to begin the tightening of the City's irrigation ditch for the Coal Creek Golf Course, as it crosses these lands. Frank Hinnegan, Manager of Administration, Neodata, stated that they have been very happy in Louisville, which is the main reason that they're expanding in this area. He commented that this brings a lot of recognition to Louisville. They'll be bringing clients from all over the United States, and eventually other countries, to their facilities, who will become familiar with Louisville. Sisk: How many employees do you hope to have in the facility on April 157 Hinnegan: The full number of employees is 600, but they're divided over three (3) shifts, seven (7) days a week, about 15 different shifts. At any given time there would be about 300 - 325 employees in the building. Sisk: You're working with RTD to have a loop that would take the 227 bus by your new facility? Hinnegan: Right. Sisk: How about, as far as the postage, will those all come out of Louisville? Will it be a Louisville postmark? Hinnegan: I don't know yet. That's in a discussion between the Corporation and the Post Office. We're going to probably mail around 400 million pieces of mail next year. Howard stated that the Council was very, very proud to have Neodata find that the City of Louisville is worthy of a major expansion like this from the Neodata Corporation. He did hope that Louisville could be on the postmark. He wondered if there was going to be a cafeteria on the site. Hinnegan: They will probably have a short service minimum cafeteria. Not a full kitchen at this point. When they build out Phase II, that's when that will be incorporated. 12
