Shonkwiler:

No. Right now we already pipe this
ditch all the way from this location
(pointing to map) to the Golf
Course, past Stan's property,
Klubert's property, and Steve
Tracy's property. So, their water
is already in a tube. I don't
believe this impacts the hydrology.
I think, if anything, it's going to
augment the flow, because we're not
going to have the ditch losses that
we historically have now.

Tom Phare, Director of Public Works, explained that the system that
is being implemented would provide for that to be a pressurized
pipe ultimately, all the way from the Louisville lateral to the
Golf Course. He stated that you could actually use the available
head to do some irrigating in parks, if they chose. There is a
section between where it enters Centennial approximately to Dahlia
Street that is CMP open channel flow pipe only and could not be
pressurized as is. It would have to be replaced. He commented
that the design would allow for conveyance of approximately 3 - 4
c.f.s, minimum as is. When it is fully pressurized they could go
to much higher rates.

Lathrop:

Shonkwiler:

I would like the assurance that the
panels on ithe building are colored
in an earth tone of some sort and
it's not a painted color, but an
integral color.

It's going to be natural exposed
aggregate panels using local stone.
The accent~strip was to be put on by
a different developer than the one
that's doing this project today and
there will be no accent stripe.
There will be roof top units, but
each of the roof top units, by our
design guidelines, will be required
to be architecturally screened from
Highway 36. A large number of
screening Cottonwood trees will be
planted. Our building is proposed
to be 31 ft. tall and a Cottonwood
grows to be 60 - 75 ft. tall at
maturity. These Cottonwoods are
designated to screen the parking and
the building from some distance from
that building along the perimeter of
the land. The ornamental flowering
trees wilt be adjacent to the

14
