The slab would extend ten feet north of the building and <br />would extend approximately twenty two feet to the east. <br />The construction of such a slab would create no drainage.problems on the <br />site. The existing building is twenty feet from the north lot line and <br />there is presently a three foot sidewalk along the north side of the <br />building. The drainage swale along the north side of the building <br />has its high point at a distance of sixty feet east of the northwest <br />corner. The swale drains east and west from the high point. The flow <br />line at the northwest corner of the building is one foot lower than'the <br />high point. <br />Assuming the sidewalk was added alongside the proposed concrete pad, a <br />seven foot wide strip would remain for the swale. At the northwest corner <br />of the building, the lowest point of the Swale; the swale would be one <br />foot deep with 3A:1 side slopes.
