Davidson asked what the cost to fix the electrical problem in the kitchen was. Baysinger: It's a minimal cost that's going to be incorporated into the electrical work in conjunction with the new sign. Davidson: How many outlets are we talking about? Baysinger: The intent is to divert those circuits, so that we don't have an overloading situation. I would have to check to see how many more we could get out of that. I know there could be at least one (1) additional outlet. Probably others, if so desired. Howard: We need at least two (2) or three (3) outlets. The upgrading of the facility for Council Breakfast and Breakfast With Santa would not be required? Baysinger: They would not be required by Health Code standards, because they're special events. If they're sporadic or periodic, it's not required. SPEED ENFORCEMENT - VIA APPIA Rod Leesman, Public Safety Director, commented that the Mayor had asked him to report on the speed enforcement on Via Appia. Some calls had been received regarding this after the incident/accident on October 4, 1992. He stated that over the last five (5) weeks there had been 14 summons and 7 warnings issued between the Louisville Recreation Center and Garfield. In the School Zones this year they've issued 67 warnings and 46 summons. Davidson commented that he had received comments from parents and teachers at Louisville and Coal Creek Elementary.
