Ail in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59, SERIES 1992 - FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT - RIDGEVIEW <br />ESTATES <br /> <br />John Franklin, Community Development Director, commented that <br />considering that Council has been very efficient on the time frame, <br />he wasn't sure if all of the parties to the hearing are here yet. <br />He stated that Tom Phare was prepared to go ahead with the next <br />Agenda Item with Council's approval. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that Council would go on the next Item on the <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />PARTICIPATION IN THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br />SOUTHERN WATER SUPPLY PROJECT <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that he attended the <br />special Board meeting of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District last Thursday. They accept Louisville's letter, but <br />deferred any formal action. They asked staff to come back with a <br />resolution regarding Louisville's particular conditions for <br />participation. He stated that they also chose not to make a <br />decision on the alignment until the middle of November, which gives <br />Louisville some time to deal with the Tabor issue that was part of <br />Louisville's letter. They did this, because Louisville among <br />others had expressed some concerns about how this might impact the <br />project. They had favorable readings from Boulder County. They <br />didn't think they would be able to reschedule in time to meet some <br />of their deadlines with Broomfield, but Boulder County land use is <br />willing to go ahead with a November/December vs. and <br />October/November, two hearing sequence. He stated that it will <br />require them to undertake some additional engineering. They will <br />survey both routes in a very preliminary manner. The $10,000.00 <br />that Louisville offered in order for them to keep the options open <br />a little longer may be honored, if they go ahead with that.
