IE <br />Cityoj <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Youth Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 2, 2017 <br />LOUISVILLE RECREATION & SENIOR CENTER <br />951 SPRUCE ST. <br />6:30-8 pm <br />Call to Order — Vice Chairperson Addison Nakari called the meeting to order at <br />6:33pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Addison Nakari, Kendall Weideman, Hayley <br />Obremski, Courtney Schumann, Megan Beasley, Kaelan Norgard, <br />Langley Nakari, Caelis Hanna, Riley MacQueen, Ainsley Smith <br />Board Members Absent: Kaylix McClure, Taitum Berryhill, Teddy Hart, <br />Danna Kaufman, Brooke Newell <br />Staff Members Present: Jay Keaney, Mandy Perera, Jessica Schwartz <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — The minutes from the February 2, 2017 <br />meeting were approved as written <br />Public Comments - None <br />Upcoming Volunteer Projects- The upcoming volunteer projects are the St. <br />Patrick's Day at the Senior Center on Thursday, March 16, at 5:15-7:15. <br />Saturday, April 1 is the Tulip Dance. <br />As board members we can also volunteer at Sister Carmen in groups of 6-8. You <br />can hand out flyers at grocery stores and that could be done in groups of 4.
