<br />1. THE AREA WILL BE ORGAN'ZED AROUND TWO PRIMARY POINTS OF ACCESS
<br />KNOWN AS NORTH FRONT STREET AND CANNON STREET. THIS SITE LAYOUT
<br />ENHANCES ACCESS TO PUBLIC PLAZAS, GREEN SPACES, AND MULTI -MODAL
<br />TRANSPORTATION OPPORTUNITIES.
<br />2. PER SECTION 1.4.D. IN THE MUDDSG, MID -BLOCK ALLEYS ARE ENCOURAGED BY THE
<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE. IN PLACE OF SUCH ALLEYS, GREENWAYS ARE BEING USED IN
<br />THE TOWNHOMES, ROWHOMES AREA AS AN EFFORT TO BREAK UP THE BLOCK AND
<br />SHALL BE AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE.

<br />OFF A DEAD-END LINE.
<br />11. MULTI -FAMILY DWELLING UNITS WITHIN 100 FEET OF RAILROAD ROW WILL
<br />INCORPORATE NOISE -MITIGATION VIA ENHANCED WALL CONSTRUCTION AND
<br />WINDOW SPECIFICATION, INCLUDING A MINIMUM EXTERIOR WALL SOUND
<br />TRANSMISSION COEFFICIENT OF 55 FACING THE RAILROAD ROW, WITH TIGHT
<br />FITTING TRIPLE PANE WINDOWS, AND SOLID CORE DOORS.
<br />12. ALL LANDSCAPING DEPICTED IS CONCEPTUAL AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH
<br />SUBSEQUENT CONSTRUCTION PLAN SUBMITTALS.
<br />13. NORTH FRONT STREET, LEONARD LANE AND THE ASSOCIATED UTILITIES IN THE
<br />VICINITY OF THE FUTURE E. LAFAYETTE RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION AND THAT CROSS
