He stated that the purpose of the replat is <br />to convert an existing $ unit rental complex into a fee-ownership <br />townhouse unit. In a special meeting on October 22, 1992, the <br />Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and voted 5-0 to approve <br />Resolution No. 29, Series 1992 with a condition that prior to <br />Council approval the applicant should request that the Building <br />Division conduct a site inspection to verify separation of the <br />dwelling units. The inspection was scheduled for November 2, 1992, <br />and it has been completed. The results of that inspection are that <br />the Building Official has found and inspected four party walls that <br />will need modification to meet the fire separation requirements. <br />Per the Uniform Building Code the Building Official will reissue a <br />C.O. to the each of the eight units, if this replat is authorized, <br />upon condition that the remodifications are completed. <br /> <br />Randy Currier, applicant, 1950 Trenton Street, Denver, CO, stated <br />that he is in agreement with the requirement for putting in the <br />additional fire separations in the attic. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Sisk: <br /> <br />Do you have a present Homeowner's <br />Association established? <br /> <br />Currier: <br /> <br />I have a Homeowner's Association <br />document that will be recorded <br />together with the plat once the plat <br />is approved.
