Call to Order: Chairperson Kaylix McClure called the meeting to order at <br />6:35pm. <br />II. Roll call <br />• Board members and liaisons present: Megan Beasley, Taitum <br />Berryhill, Teddy Hart, Danna Kaufman, Kaylix McClure, Addison <br />Nakari, Brooke Newell, Kaelan Norgard, Hayley Obremski, <br />Courtney Schumann, Ainsley Smith, Jay Keany, Jessica Schwartz <br />• Board members and liaisons absent: Caelis Hanna, Riley <br />MacQueen, Langley Nakari, Kendall Weideman, Mandy Perera <br />III. Approval of Agenda – Agenda was approved by all members. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes – Minutes were approved by all members. <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - None <br />VI. Walkability Project <br />• Signs <br />• Several members still need to hang their signs and send <br />pictures to Jessica. <br />• Kaylix hung a sign along the Coal Creek trail using the QR <br />code’s pinned location, but noticed a better spot not too far <br />way. The group agreed that it should be moved. <br />• Please try to check up on your signs occasionally throughout <br />the summer. Let Jessica know if a sign has been vandalized <br />or damaged so we can order a replacement. <br />• Marketing <br />• Some members have hung signs at their schools. We <br />passed out flyers to people who still needed to post them at <br />their schools or other locations.
