Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1082, Series 1992, at <br />2nd reading, deleting Section 4 and on that direct staff to make <br />the necessary modifications after Amendment 1 budgeting. <br /> <br />Griffiths: <br /> <br />Mayer: <br /> <br />We would just delete Section 4, as <br />you proposed, and remember the <br />remaining sections and the current <br />dedication requirement would remain <br />in place in the City Code. <br /> <br />As the City Attorney specified.
