Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1082, Series 1992, at <br />2nd reading, deleting Section 4 and on that direct staff to make <br />the necessary modifications after Amendment 1 budgeting. <br /> <br />Griffiths: <br /> <br />Mayer: <br /> <br />We would just delete Section 4, as <br />you proposed, and remember the <br />remaining sections and the current <br />dedication requirement would remain <br />in place in the City Code. <br /> <br />As the City Attorney specified. I <br />want to leave the current dedication <br />policy until we revise this. <br /> <br />Seconded by Hedding. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6-0 <br />vote with Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that a rate study would be appropriate and he would <br />like, after the City gets through its Amendment 1 decisions, to get <br />together with the Homebuilder's Association and discuss how that <br />could be done. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1089, SERIES 1992 - TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />ANY TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN A PEDESTRIAN <br />ACCESS EASEMENT - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. TIMES <br />11/07/92) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1089, Series 1992, "An <br />ordinance transferring by Quit Claim Deed any title and interest of <br />the: City of Louisville in a pedestrian access easement." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Jim Hardman, 1119 West Enclave Circle, Louisville, CO, thanked <br />everyone for all of their efforts in this endeavor. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak in <br />favor or against Ordinance No. 1089. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the Public Hearing and called for Council comments, <br />questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council pass Ordinance No. 1089, Series 1992, <br />transferring by Quit Claim Deed any title and interest of the City <br />of Louisville in a pedestrian access easement.
