RESOLUTION NO. 67, SERIES 1992 - 1992 BUDGET AMENDMENTS - PUBLIC <br />HE~/~ING - ADOPTION <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that it's her recommendation <br />that Council proceed to hold the Public Hearing on Resolution No. <br />67, and the remaining 1993 Budget and appropriation itemsm, and <br />then continue the Public Hearings until December 1, 1992. She <br />exF. lained that Amendment 1 was approved in the November elections <br />and. has required the City to review its proposed Budget for 1993 <br />and. its proposed appropriations for 1993 and 1992. The Council <br />need additional time to complete that and fully understand the <br />implications of Amendment 1 and what requirements it imposes upon <br />the: City. She expected that some revisions will be made, as <br />required by Amendment 1 and hopefully those will be ready by <br />December 1, 1992. Griffiths stated that if not, Council may be <br />asked to continue it for a brief period of time until all of those <br />necessary revisions can be made. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone in the <br />audience wished to speak in favor or against Resolution No. 67. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Howard moved for Council to continue the Public Hearing until <br />December 1, 1992. Seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor. <br /> <br />199'3 BUDGET ADOPTION - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68, SERIES 1992 - ADOPTION 1993 BUDGET - PUBLIC <br /> HEARING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69, SERIES 1992 - APPROPRIATE SUMS OF MONEY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70, SERIES 1992 - LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY <br /> TAXES <br /> ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM OF 1993 - 1997 <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, recommended that Council proceed to <br />conduct the Public Hearing on the three resolutions and continue <br />the: Hearings until December 1, 1992. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing on Resolution No. 68, Series <br />1992 and asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak in favor <br />or against Resolution No. 68, Series 1992. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council continue the Hearing on Resolution No. 68, <br />Series 1992, until December 1, 1992. Seconded by Hornbostel. All <br />in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the Public Hearing for Resolution No. 69, Series <br />1992 and asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak in favor <br />or against Resolution No. 69, Series 1992. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
