Three
people there were positive. I could
not read the balance of the people.
At the second meeting the number of
people that supported doing
something like what we're planning
on doing there equalled the number
of people that were opposed. The
people would prefer the larger
buildings, but fewer of them, and to
hold down the area that those
buildings covered, as much as
possible. In that regard, we have
scaled it from 12 to five buildings.
The density, in terms of ground
coverage of those buildings, is
about 13 percent, which is lower
than it is in adjoining residential
communities.

Does that include all paved areas?

No. On the new PUD you'll see that
we've gotten the land use breakdown
specifying exactly what's being used
for various areas. In commercial
building, my experience is that
somewhere between 25% and 29% of the
area of the plat is taken up by the
building structure itself. In our
case, we reduced it down to 13.14%.
We also reduced the height from 35
ft., which is the maximum height in
residential areas in Louisville.

One lot doesn't have any building on
it. Does that mean that it's never
going to be built on?

No. The people that we're talking
about on lot 5 have not been able to
give us an idea of their needs.
Because of that, I didn't want to
speculate.

Would that be the School District?

It is the School District.

7
