the different agreements with the phasing and also to anticipate
any other subdivisions that might come before Council? Asti-
Caranci needed a fairly accurate account.

Davidson:

The question I have is with the
Homart land and things that have
already been approved, was that
about 60 or 80 houses that Sheffield
is building there? We need to know
the number that they're probably
going to build in the Homart, that
we have no control over. I think
250 is probably a relatively low
number. I would think 300 is
probably more likely.

Howard:

Does making the number a little too
high offer any penalties to the
City?

Brand:

It would just be a revenue that did
not come in and, therefore, we could
not spend it.

Howard:

I would rather see a higher figure
of 350, because I don't want to get
into a bind of not anticipating the
revenue and, therefore, not be able
to spend it.

Davidson:

Since we're some several million
dollars below the revenue limit, why
don't we just estimate to the
maximum of the revenue limit and
come up with that number? That way,
if a major commercial developer
comes in or something like that,
we're safe.

Asti-Caranci:

Another 100 building permits, if it
went from 250 to 350, that would
generate approximately $1.7 million
more dollars.

Mayer:

Does that include the potential
increase in the Service Expansion
Fee?

Asti-Caranci:

No.

Mayer:

I think it would be useful to at
least figure that.
