PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak on <br />any items not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />COIrNCIL MEETING - 12/14/92 RATHER THAN 12/15/92 <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated this was discussed at the <br />last Council meeting. Council is required to meet on the 14th so <br />they can adopt the Budget and the Mill Levy can be certified to the <br />County on the 15th. She stated that it was possible to combine the <br />Council meeting with that meeting and meet at 7:30 in the main <br />floor Conference Room. Brand stated that since discovering that <br />the City could meet all of the requirements of publications for <br />Public Hearings, the only time that there is to get together for <br />Council to begin to discuss policy on growth would be Tuesday, <br />December 15, at 7:00 p.m. Brand explained that a motion was needed <br />to change the regular Council meeting to December 14, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Howard: So moved. <br /> <br />Seconded by Sisk. Ail in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 67, SERIES 1992 - 1992 BUDGET AMENDMENTS - PUBLIC <br />HE;~ING CONTINUED FROM 11/17/92 - ADOPTION (REQUEST TO CONTINUE TO <br />12/14/92 - SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that the Public Hearing was <br />continued from 11/17/92 until this evening to permit the staff to <br />continue its review of Amendment No. 1 and its effect on the Budget <br />and to make necessary amendments to the Budget to reflect the <br />requirements of Amendment No. 1. She stated that it was their <br />recommendation that this Public Hearing be continued again until <br />December 14th, at which time the final revision can be presented. <br /> <br />Howard: So moved. <br /> <br />Seconded by Sisk.
