4. Fee based on development permitted. If the building permit is for less floor area <br />than the entire development approved pursuant to the development permit, the fee shall <br />be computed separately for the amelant floor area of development covered by the <br />building permit, and with reference to the use categories applicable to such <br />development covered by the building permit. <br />5. Permit for change in use, expansion, redevelopment, modification If the fee <br />payer is applying for a building permit to allow for a change of use or for the <br />expansion, redevelopment, or modification of an existing development, the impact fees <br />required to be paid shall be based on the net increase in the impact fees for the new use <br />as compared to the previous use and actual fee paid for the previous use, and shall <br />include any impact fees established subsequent to such prior payment <br />(a) Annual Adjustment of Fees to Reflect Effects of Inflation The Impact Fees shown <br />in Appendix A: Impact Fee Schedule, shall be adjusted annually to reflect the effects of <br />inflation on those costs for City . • . , ' : . <br />Transportation Capital Facilities. o On November 1, 2018 2007, and on November <br />1 of each following year unless and until the Fees in Appendix A are revised or replaced, <br />each Impact Fee amount set forth in Appendix A shall be adjusted for inflation, based on <br />the annual most current Construction Cost Index published by Engineering News Record <br />Such adjustments in the Impact Fees shall become effective immediately upon calculation <br />and certification by the City Manager or Manager's designee, and shall not require <br />additional action by the City Council to be effective <br />Section 7. Subsection A 1 of Section 3.18 050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words deleted are stricken through, words added are <br />underlined). <br />Sec. 3.18.050 Credits. <br />A.
