Davidson asked for Council to disclose any site visits or contacts that they have had with persons in favor or opposed to the subdivision that were not disclosed at a prior meeting. Mayer: I have spoken with Mr. Pitcher on some general concerns that I had about the subdivision. There have been a variety of fairly brief contacts with people on this matter. Griffiths: For the record, based upon those contacts, do you feel that you could still be impartial tonight in deciding whether or not to approve the subdivision, based upon the evidence that will be presented to you tonight? Mayer: Yes, I do. Sisk: I visited the site on Thanksgiving day with my family and found the sledding to be excellent. I, too, have been contacted by people discussing their general input as to the sled hill prospect. None of which has transpired would disallow me from rendering a fair and impartial decision. Howard: At every party that I've gone to, we've had to have about a 1 1/2 hour discussion about sled hill. Those discussions were of the sort that would not cause me to prejudice my ability to vote impartially and fairly on this matter. Hornbostel: I have been there numerous times to sled on the hill with my daughter. I, too, have been contacted by other people that have made comments about it. I believe that I can make an objective decision. Davidson: I participated in the public meeting at the Recreation Center and I've also had some contacts. I don't remember how many. I have been to 6
