<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2017 BUDGET BY AMENDING
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, OPEN SPACE & PARKS
<br />FUND, CONSERVATION TRUST — LOTTERY FUND, CEMETERY FUND,
<br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, IMPACT
<br />FEE FUND, RECREATION CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND, DEBT SERVICE
<br />— RECREATION CENTER BOND FUND, WATER UTILITY FUND,
<br />WASTEWATER UTILITY FUND, STORM WATER UTILITY FUND, SOLID
<br />WASTE & RECYCLING FUND, GOLF COURSE FUND, TECHNOLOGY
<br />MANAGEMENT FUND, AND FLEET MANAGEMENT FUND FOR CARRY
<br />FORWARD OF APPROPRIATIONS, ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN
<br />SUCH FUNDS, AND CORRECTED APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN SUCH FUNDS
<br />AND ADJUSTING BUDGETED REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND, OPEN
<br />SPACE & PARKS FUND, CONSERVATION TRUST — LOTTERY FUND,
<br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND,
<br />RECREATION CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND, DEBT SERVICE —
<br />RECREATION CENTER BOND FUND, WATER UTILITY FUND,
<br />WASTEWATER UTIILITY FUND, AND STORM WATER UTILITY FUND
<br />WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2017 budget by amending
<br />appropriations in the General Fund, Open Space & Parks Fund, Conservation
<br />Trust — Lottery Fund, Cemetery Fund, Historic Preservation Fund, Capital
<br />Projects Fund, Impact Fee Fund, Recreation Center Construction Fund, Debt
<br />Service — Recreation Center Bond Fund, Water Utility Fund, Wastewater Utility
<br />Fund, Storm Water Utility Fund, Solid Waste & Recycling Fund, Golf Course
<br />Fund, Technology Management Fund, and Fleet Management Fund; and
<br />WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2017 revenue budget by
<br />amending budgeted revenue in the General Fund, Open Space & Parks Fund,
<br />Conservation Trust = Lottery Fund, Histonc Preservation Fund, Capital Projects
<br />Fund, Recreation Center Construction Fund, Debt Service — Recreation Center
<br />Bond Fund, Water Utility Fund, Wastewater Utility Fund, Storm Water Utility
<br />Fund, and
<br />WHEREAS, the need to amend the 2017 budget arises:
<br />1. To carry -forward unused appropriations from 2016 to 2017 for
<br />projects that were approved in 2016 but will not be completed until 2017;
<br />2. To formally adopt other additions and adjustments to the current
<br />2017 appropriations that were not anticipated, or were not measureable, at the
<br />time the onginal 2017 budget was adopted;
