3 To make minor corrections to the 2017 Program/Sub-Program
<br />budget amendment that Council approved on March 21, 2017;
<br />4 To adjust the 2017 revenue budget for new revenue estimates or
<br />for new revenue sources that were not anticipated, or were not measureable, at
<br />the time the original 2017 budget was adopted; and
<br />WHEREAS, funding for any increase in appropriations will come from
<br />new/increased revenue or from fund reserves.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />SECTION 1. That the 2017 General Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$393,506, from $18,794,808 to $19,188,314.
<br />SECTION 2. That the 2017 Open Space & Parks Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $2,300,907, from $3,402,615 to $5,703,522.
<br />SECTION 3. That the 2017 Conservation Trust — Lottery Fund
<br />appropriation be increased by $258,840, from $290,400 to $549,240.
<br />SECTION 4. That the 2017 Cemetery Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$12,210, from $151,162 to $163,372.
<br />SECTION 5. That the 2017 Historic Preservation Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $626, from $619,650 to $620,276
<br />SECTION 6. That the 2017 Capital Projects Fund appropnation be
<br />increased by $4,757,793, from $5,360,522 to $10,118,315.
<br />SECTION 7. That the 2017 Impact Fee Fund appropriation be decreased
<br />by $739,010, from $1,194,130 to $455,120.
<br />SECTION 8. That the 2017 Recreation Center Construction Fund
<br />appropriation be increased by $5,583,500, from $0 to $5,583,500.
<br />SECTION 9. That the 2017 Debt Service - Recreation Center Bond Fund
<br />appropriation be increased by $562,000, from $0 to $562,000.
<br />SECTION 10. That the 2017 Water Utility Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $4,396,513, from $11,126,948 to $15,496,461.
<br />SECTION 11. That the 2017 Wastewater Utility Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $4,545,387, from $8,507,863 to $13,053,250.
