Mowing height will be determined by the height of the desirable vegetation and will leave <br />seedlings in -tact. <br />In subsequent years herbicides may be used to control weeds with the approval of the Primary <br />Contact. <br />Re -seeding <br />After initial seeding, the Grantee shall re -seed any areas that lack a satisfactory stand of <br />vegetation at the end of two full growing seasons. A satisfactory stand is defined as a minimal <br />coverage of six healthy plants per square foot, with the amount of coverage to be evaluated by <br />Boulder County, in its sole discretion. Grantee shall re -seed and repair any unsatisfactory areas <br />during the earliest seeding season. For grasses, the seeding season is between October 15th and <br />March 1. Re -seeding and repair, if required, shall be at the Grantee's sole expense. <br />5.0 Fencing <br />Permanent Fencing <br />Contractor shall replace removed or damaged fencing with new fencing materials according to <br />Boulder County specifications provided by the BCPOS project manager. <br />Temporary Fencing <br />Temporary fencing will be required to delineate the boundary of the Grantee during construction. <br />Specifications are defined on the first page of this exhibit. Temporary fencing for containing <br />livestock may or may not be not be necessary depending on location and timing of pipeline <br />installation. BCPOS will provide specifications for livestock fencing. Temporary fencing shall <br />be removed according to BCPOS project manager direction. <br />6.0 Post -Reclamation <br />Grantee shall remain responsible for two full growing seasons for all required reclamation <br />relating to Grantee's use of the License Areas and any other use of county open space property, <br />including any additional post -reclamation work that Boulder County may require if the county <br />deems, in its sole discretion, that the foregoing requirements are inadequate. <br />Callahan Open Space Access and Utility Easement <br />21 <br />
