City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 13, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 11 <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and heanng none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Loo All in favor. <br />None <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by <br />Councilmember Stolzmann. All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming stated that since Saturday there has been problem with a sewer <br />lift station in the Steel Ranch neighborhood caused by the failure of multiple systems It <br />has caused sewer backups in some homes He thanked Louisville staff and Lafayette <br />staff for their work on this Staff hopes to have it operational by tomorrow. <br />He stated Pine Street will be closed at McKinley Avenue for three days starting <br />tomorrow. He reported Planning staff is working with the owner of the Miners Cabins to <br />arrange for the moving of the cabins He noted the new open space ranger has started <br />work. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — <br />RECREATION CENTER SOILS REPORT <br />Recreation Superintendent Kathy Martin stated the project team was in attendance to <br />report on the soils testing for the expansion project. The report does have some <br />possible budget implications. <br />
