RESOLUTION NO 25 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PARKING IMPROVEMENT FEE FOR THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Louisville Municipal Code, the City Council is <br />authorized to establish certain fees, rates, and charges by resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a new rate for the <br />Parking Improvement Fee in Code Section 17 20 025 G effective June 1, 2017 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to authorization in the Louisville Municipal Code, the <br />Louisville City Council hereby establishes the Parking Improvement Fee in Code <br />Section 17 20 025 G to be as follows <br />Year Parking Improvement Fee <br />2017 $13,388 <br />2018 $15,759 <br />2019 $18,261 <br />2020 $20,898 <br />Annually After 2020, the fee shall increase annually <br />each January 1 by three percent (3 0%) <br />SECTION 2 The fees set by this resolution shall be effective June 1, 2017 and <br />shall apply to all building permits issued after such date, provided, however, that <br />for any property for which a final PUD was approved by City Council pnor to June <br />1, 2017, the fees set forth by this resolution shall take effect and apply to those <br />building permits issued after December 31, 2017 for such approved <br />development <br />SECTION 3. The fees, rates, and charges set by this resolution shall supersede <br />and replace any fees, rates, or charges previously set or adopted by the City <br />Council for the same purpose However, the same shall not be deemed to <br />release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or in part any liability which <br />shall have been previously incurred, and the superseded or replaced provision <br />shall be treated and held as still remaining in force for the purpose of sustaining <br />any judgment, decree, or order <br />SECTION 4 If any portion of this resolution is held to be invalid for any reason, <br />such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof <br />Resolution No 25, Series 2017 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
