Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM by Allison Johanson. Minutes were taken by Dan Delahunty. a. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Mary Ann Heaney, Mark Persichetti; Justine Vigil -Tapia; Jamie Bartlett; Marianne Martin, Allison Johanson, Dan Delahunty, City -Staff Liaison Dave Szabados; City -Council Liaison Jay Keany. Public: Kurt Kower (Louisville Public Works); Dave Hatchimonji (Boulder County) b. Approval of Current Meeting's Agenda: Approved. c. Approval of April 19, 2017 Meeting Minutes: Approved. d. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: Mary Ann discussed the city discussion of a noise ordnance and the community garden. • The City Council discussed a noise ordinance. A decibel level was not included with the ordinance. Additional details can be found in the council meeting minutes. • The community garden is now full. There are a lot of improvements with roles, communication and social media from the Louisville Community Garden Leaders who oversee the community garden. Mary Ann is also investigating options for placing bee hives on city buildings around town. e. Jay's Minute: Council packet from last night includes energy options for the new Recreation Center. f. Dave's Minute: • The city wishes to recognize the efforts of the LSAB in the areas of community garden and the Action Plan. Dave provided herbs on behalf of the city in recognition of the community garden. In recognition of the energy savings of the Action plan, Dave provided the LSAB with bulbs.
