A resolution recommending approval for a drainage easement vacation, an access <br />easement vacation, a Final Plat, and an amendment to the Final Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) for Lots 2A & 3A, Block 4, Business Center at CTC to construct a 6,267 SF addition and <br />a connection between the two existing buildings, with one condition: <br />1. The applicant shall make corrections to the drainage easement notation on the Final Plat <br />in order to differentiate the original reception number from the reference to vacate by <br />separate instrument. <br />seconded by Sheets.
