Machado seconded. Roll <br />Call Vote: Machado — yes, Tennessen — yes, Hervey — yes. <br />Tennessen moved to accept the fine in lieu as presented for $302.40 to be paid <br />within two weeks. Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />Tennessen moved if the check is not received; the licensee serve the day of <br />suspension on Thursday, July 27, 2017. Hervey seconded. All in favor. <br />C. Findings and Order — Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & <br />Grill — Tavern Liquor License — 935 Pine St. — 2/19/17 Incident <br />E. Findings and Order— Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & <br />Grill — Tavern Liquor License — 935 Pine St.- 3/29/17 <br />Acting Chairperson Machado called both items. Authority Attorney Culley noted <br />the Authority had hearings on both incidents and had continued those hearings to <br />this meeting to allow the licensee to present any mitigating factors. <br />Henry Yen, 330 W. Eisenhower Drive, Louisville, CO owner of Henry's Bar and <br />Grill introduced himself and took the oath. <br />Machado explained the Authority had determined there would be a penalty of 4 <br />days for the 2/19/17 incident and 10 days suspension for the 3/29/17 incident. <br />He reviewed the incidents and what led the Authority to propose the suspensions <br />and asked if Mr. Yen had any response he would like to make. <br />Mr. Yen responded he would take the penalty. He noted the bartenders involved <br />were relatively new. One had attended a class and he holds meetings to review <br />what employees need to do. He reported he has 6 bartenders. <br />
