Louisville City Council Meeting January 20, 2004 Page 3 of 11 City Attorney Light suggested Resolution No. 3, Series 2004 be amended to reflect the addition of Section 2 - The Louisville Library Board of Trustees will hereby consist of seven members. MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved for Council approval of Resolution No. 3, Series 2004, with the addition of a Section 2 - The Louisville Library Board of Trustees will hereby consist of seven members. Council member Levihn seconded the motion. Council member Levihn inquired as the length of terms of the new members and suggested five-year terms. There was Council consensus. Mayor Sisk amended his motion to reflect the terms of the two new members of the Louisville Library Board of Trustees would be 5-year terms. Council member Levihn accepted the amendment. VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion carded by a vote of 6-0. Absent: Council member Brown. BOARD & COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS Open Space Advisory Board MOTION: Mayor Sisk nominated and moved to appoint the following members: three-years terms ending January 2007 - Terry Tangler, Michael Gheleta, and Gary Mansdorfer; one-year terms ending January 2005 - Heidi Ochis, and Wayne Varra; Alternate - John Carron. Mayor Pro Tem Keany seconded the motion. All in favor. Absent: Council member Brown. Historical Commission MOTION: Mayor Sisk nominated and moved to appoint the following members: four-year terms ending January 2008 - Diane Marino, Elle Cabbage, David Ferguson, Don Ross, Stuart Pritchard, Sally Burlingame, and Daniel Mellish. Council member Levihn seconded the motion. All in favor. Absent: Council member Brown. Louisville Housing Authority MOTION: Council member Marsella nominated and moved to appoint the following member: five-year term ending January 2009 - Judy Cordova. Council member Van Pelt seconded the motion. All in favor. Absent: Council member Brown. Building Code Board of Appeals MOTION: Council member Clabots nominated and moved to appoint the following member: three-year term ending January 2007 - Garrett Mundelein. Council member Marsella seconded the motion. All in favor. Absent: Council member Brown.
