Mulberry Street, Louisville, CO, also thanked the City and <br />Recreation Staff for allowing the "Spirit" Marching Band to use the Recreation Center. <br /> <br />Chris O'Connor, 833 W. Mulberry Street, Louisville CO, thanked Council for welcoming <br />the "Spirit" Marching Band to Louisville, and noted Monarch School band participated in <br />this event. <br /> <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br />None. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS TO CITY OF LOUISVILLE BOARDS & COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />Davidson opened the nominations. Sisk nominated the following persons: To the <br />Building Code Board of Appeals - Bob Van Pelt - a three- year term, expiring January <br />2005. Mathew Berry - Associate Member - a three-year term expiring January 2006. To <br />the Board of Adjustment - Gary Allison - a six-year term, expiring January 2006 <br /> <br />Council member Van Pelt recused herself from the voting. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved the nominated members be appointed to fill the vacancies on <br />City Boards and Commissions, seconded by Levihn.
