Louisville City Council Meeting <br />February 3, 2004 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br /> <br />Simmons reported a job offer was extended and accepted by Patricia Leslie for the <br />position of Finance Director. She will be present at the City Council meeting on February <br />17, 2004, and will begin work on February 23, 2004. He also reported the Council met <br />with the Planning Commission to review the proposal received on the guidelines for the <br />Highway 42 and zoning amendment. Staff will bring the proposal before Council at the <br />March 2, 2004 meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Keany informed Council the Business Retention & Development Committee would meet <br />on Wednesday, February 4, at 10:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk informed Council of a new open meeting program, scheduled for the )rd <br />Wednesday of each month.
