He <br />participated in the celebration and read to the students at Coal Creek Elementary School. <br />He informed Council of his desire to conduct a City Council meeting at Monarch High <br />School, which would promote governmental education. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF SERVICES TO LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />Council member Sheri Marsella reported the City would like to honor John Stead, past <br />Commissioner of the Louisville Housing Authority for his 28 years of service. Mr. Stead <br />has served as Commissioner and Vice Chair on both the Louisville Urban Renewal <br />Authority and the Louisville Housing Authority Boards with tenure from 1975 to 2003. <br />The City also expressed its appreciation to Michael Reis, former Development Director <br />from the Boulder County Housing Authority for thirteen years of service to the Louisville <br />Housing Authority and the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
