Cto <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO - SINCE h 78 <br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />April 11, 2017 <br />Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 PM <br />The City Council met in a study session at 7:00 p.m. in the 1st Floor Meeting <br />Room at the Louisville Public Library at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />The following persons were present: <br />City Council Present: Mayor Bob Muckle <br />Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Lipton <br />Council member Susan Loo <br />Council member Dennis Maloney <br />Council member Ashley Stolzmann <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Clerk <br />Dawn Burgess, Executive Assistant to the City <br />Manager <br />Others: Municipal Judge Kristan Wheeler <br />Members of Public <br />Call to Order— The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Mayor Muckle <br />Update from Judge Wheeler <br />Judge Wheeler gave an update on the Court. She appreciates Council giving her <br />the opportunity. Dockets are 80% traffic. She and Prosecutor Colette Cribari <br />have been meeting with vendors regarding programs and classes for minors <br />using alcohol and drugs. So far, she has overseen two court trials and a jury trial <br />is scheduled for June. <br />She has a good working relationship with Louisville Police Department. Judge <br />Wheeler discussed various programs she is working on and has been meeting <br />with other Boulder County municipal judges and discussing Boulder County <br />resources. She would like to get in touch with the Monarch High School resource <br />officer and meet with students.
