He noted an additional 814 CBT units were purchased in 2003 and 2004. He stated the Public Works Department would continue to monitor the water supply and report monthly to City Council. He noted the Public Works Department continues to be cautious in their projections. COUNCIL COMMENT Mayor Sisk suggested sending a message to the citizens to conserve water. He noted Colorado is an add state and water is a precious, diminishing commodity. He asked that Council take a proactive role. Council member Keany encouraged the City to look at water conservation measures for the parks. There was Council consensus. City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1444, Series 2004. MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1444, Series 2004, be published and a public hearing be set for April 20, 2004, seconded by Council member Keany. All in favor. City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1445, Series 2004. MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1445, Series 2004 be published and a public hearing be set for April 20, 2004, seconded by Council member Clabots. All in favor.
