Louisville City Council Meeting <br />April 6, 2004 <br />Page 7 of 10 <br /> <br />Boulder Creek, and the storage capacity of Marshall Lake, CBT and Windy Gap. He <br />noted an additional 814 CBT units were purchased in 2003 and 2004. He stated the <br />Public Works Department would continue to monitor the water supply and report <br />monthly to City Council. He noted the Public Works Department continues to be <br />cautious in their projections. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk suggested sending a message to the citizens to conserve water. He noted <br />Colorado is an add state and water is a precious, diminishing commodity. He asked that <br />Council take a proactive role. Council member Keany encouraged the City to look at <br />water conservation measures for the parks. There was Council consensus. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1444, SERIES 2004 -AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING <br />PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE KNOWN AS THE SAVAGE <br />PROPERTY - 1st reading - set public hearing 4/20/04 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1444, Series 2004. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1444, Series 2004, be published and a <br />public hearing be set for April 20, 2004, seconded by Council member Keany. All in <br />favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1445, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE SAVAGE <br />PROPERTY - 1st reading - public hearing - set public hearing 4/20/04 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1445, Series 2004. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1445, Series 2004 be published and a <br />public hearing be set for April 20, 2004, seconded by Council member Clabots.
