Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 4, 2004 <br />Page 11 of 11 <br /> <br />Public Library meeting - May 12, 2004 - 7:00 p.m. at the Library; and Community Park <br />will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on May 11, 2004 <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons updated Council on the following: Traffic Signal at 88th Street <br />and Campus Drive; The City Staff met with the consultants relative to the citywide <br />comprehensive development plan; a proposed agreement with T-Mobile Corporation <br />relative to their request to lease space to erect a communication antenna. <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager for Governmental Relations Heather Balser updated Council on <br />the finalized Citizen Survey. <br /> <br />Planning Director Paul Wood outlined the schedule for the meetings with stakeholders, <br />and public workshops for the comprehensive development plan. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Tom Phare reported on the April 28, 2004 Public Meeting on the <br />Via Appia Traffic Operation Study. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons reported on the McCaslin Interchange Improvement IGA with <br />the Town of Superior and stated two issues remain: 1) The second phase of construction <br />- northeast loop commitment, and 2) The 4% project management fees. <br /> <br />Deputy City Manager Julie Boyd reported on the wellness program entitled "The First <br />Annual Tri-City Shuffle."
