City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 18, 2008 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />Mayor Sisk reconvened the regular business meeting at 9:20 p.m. <br />REPORT -DISCUSSION/DIIRECTION/ACTION -Real Property Acquisitions - <br />Dillon Road Project <br />City Attorney Light reported in executive session Council discussed strategy for <br />Real Property Acquisition for the Dillon Road Project. Council gave direction to <br />the City Attorney and Staff with regards to strategy. He also reported the <br />executive session included members of the City Council, City Attorney Light, City <br />Manager Fleming, Public Works Director Phare, and Senior Civil Engineer II <br />David Thompson. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No items to report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mayor Sisk reported there will be no meeting during the week of March 24. <br />The water Committee will meet on April 4th. He reported on the Chat with Chuck <br />session at the Library and recommended Councilors Muckle and Clabots <br />consider the Library as a location for their Ward I meetings. He addressed the <br />traffic congestion on Hecla and Plaza Drive between the Balfour facilities and <br />suggested a traffic device. Hie credited Mayor Pro Tem Marsella for suggesting <br />pedestrian crossing improvements along McCaslin Boulevard, between Harper <br />Lake and the Davidson Mesa Open Space. Public Works Director Phare stated <br />there are improvements proposed for McCaslin. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilor Muckle moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilor <br />Yarnell. All in favor.
