City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 1, 2008 <br />Page 11 of 11 <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED <br />City Clerk Varra read Sec. 2.90.050 Public Statement which governs the topics <br />which may be discussed in an executive session. <br />City Attorney Light stated the authority for executive session is granted through <br />the Code of Ethics, Sec. 5-2 (c), CRS 24-6-402 (4) (a) Open Meetings Law and <br />the Louisville Home Rule Charter. <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved Council convene an executive session for the <br />purpose of considering real property acquisitions, seconded by Councilor Muckle. <br />All in favor. The City Council went into executive session at 9:35 p.m. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br />The City Council returned from executive session at 10:10 p.m. <br />REPORT -DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION -REAL PROPERTY <br />ACQUISITIONS -REAL PROPERTY IN LOUISVILLE <br />City Attorney reported in executive session Council discussed real Property <br />Acquisitions in Louisville.
