ORDINANCE #831 - TESONE Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; ALLEY VACATION Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only on first reading and the request was fo:r publication. PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Luce seconded that Ordinance #831 - Tesone A1:1ey Vacation be published. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. ORDINANCE NO. 832 - WATER AND Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; SEWER TAP FEE INCREASE - Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only MULTI-FAMILY on first reading and the request was for publication and a date be set for a public hearing. PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED AND Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Johnson PUBLIC HEARING SET FOR seconded that Ordinance No. 832 - Water 7/3/84 and Sewer Tap Fee Increase - Multi-Family be published and a public hearing set for July 3, 1984. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. ORDINANCE NO. 833 - REPEAL Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; ORDINANCE NO. 636 UNPAID Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only BANK CHECKS on first reading and the request was for puk~lication. PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED RESOLUTION N0. 20 - AUTHORIZE CONDEMNATION - LOUISVIEW CORP. Councilman Luce moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that Ordinance No. 833 - Repeal Ordinance No. 636 Unpaid Bank Checks be puk~lished. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
