Then the points would be tallied during the application period, and permits are issued to those with the highest number of points. Mayor Meier asked if this applied to just new development or to lots that had previously been platted also? The Attorney advised that it could go back to what has been platted; was certain there were aspects that had to be reviewed however. It doesn't take away the subdivision process as far as lots, but does allocate the way the permits are issued proportionately. Councilman Luce Commented that a question was raised this Number of Platted Lots evening - do we know the number of lots in Previously Approved the City that have been part of an approved process entotal.(Director Rupp went to get this information). Councilwoman Morris asked also which of those lots have water and sewer already available on the site? Breakdown of Commitments Mr. Luce then inquired as to the breakdown for 1985 of commitments made in various agreements that the City has for 1985? Commented to one of the Mayor's comments of last night that Council could not regulate permits. Felt that it was that kind of philos- ophy that has us in the kind of bind that we are in now.
