She would need to come <br />back reset it and then tape the next show. <br />Mr. Lyons advised that she could not video <br />record two things at the same time. <br />Councilwoman Morris stated that if she wished <br />to Rape HBO while she is watching Channel 4 <br />she could not do that now, or if she has the <br />capability of taping 2 different shows on <br />2 different channels in 2 different weeks <br />without touching her set, right now she <br />can do that. Soon she would not be able to <br />do -that . <br />Mr. Dagenhais stated her point was well taken <br />and he would check into that. <br />Councilwoman Morris requested that she be <br />given another converter so that she could <br />use her VCR to the maximum that she can now. <br />Mayor Meier Mayor Meier closed the public meeting and <br />Closed Public Meeting called a recess at 9:05 P.M. Meeting re- <br /> convened at 9:22 P.M. <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL Cou:ncilmembers had a copy of the application; <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - Attorney Rautenstraus stated that the appli- <br />PUBLIC HEARING cation was in order and the property had been <br /> properly posted. <br /> Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br /> asked if there was any presentation by the <br /> applicant - none. Any public comments in <br /> favor or in opposition to the special events <br /> liquor license - none. Council questions <br /> and comments - none. Mayor Meier closed <br /> the public hearing. <br />APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the American Legion Special <br /> Events Liquor License be approved for the <br /> dates submitted Question called for. All <br /> in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />TRI CITY ELKS LODGE NO. 2541 Councilmembers had a copy of the application <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL for renewal; copy of the. police report; and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the appli- <br />cation was in order. <br />APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Tri-City Elks Lodge No. <br />2541 liquor license be renewed. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
