Two <br />things could not be recorded at one time, <br />someone would have to be there manually to <br />change the channel on the converter. Mr. <br />Dagenais reiterated that the reason for <br />scrambling is to prevent theft and better <br />cor.~trol for the people who wish to up-grade <br />or down-grade their service. He stated <br />tomorrow Louisville would be transferred <br />to the new head-end and for about a week <br />evE~rything will be out unscrambled to be <br />certain everything is working correctly. <br />Channel 31 out of Denver will be added also. <br />In answer to questions on Channel 19, he <br />stated they went out of business - went bank- <br />rupt and their last programming date was 12/31/ <br />83., Felt that they were still on the air <br />
