~ULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COtrNCIL OCTOBER 16, 1984 The City Council of the City of Louisville met: in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville,. Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the following persons were present: COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Herman Fauson, Betty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cussen ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, .Acting City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer August Hioco, Director_ of Community Services Ken Huson, Engineer Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety ABSENT: Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier requested that the Regular Agenda Remove Regular Agenda be removed from the Consent Agenda. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. t~ROVAL OF THE REGULAR Mayor Meier stated that under Council Items - AGENDA first item to .be a presentation by Mr. John Buechner on the search for a new City Adminis- trator. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded that: Mr. Buechner be added to the regular agenda. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS None GENERAL COUNCIL ITEMS MR. JOHN BUECHNER Mr. Buechner stated following their last meet- ing at which time they narrowed down the appli- cants for the City Administrator, he had con- tacted all of the finalists and the following dates were set. for interviews. He asked Mayor Meier to work on the reception for the appli- cants from 5:00 - 6:00 P.M. with some of the people in the community. Oct. 30 - 7:30 P.M. - Mr. Blodgett, Denver Nov. 1 - 7:30 P.M. - Mr. Clifton, Denver Nov. 2 - 7:30 P.M. - Mr. Sears, Silverthorne Nov. 3 - 9:00 A.M. - Mr. Hundley, Alamosa Nov. 3 - 1:30 P.M. - Mr. Forbes, Clermont, Fla. Nov. 4 - 9:00 A.M. - Mr. Bifoss, Montevideo, Minnesota
